Pharmaceutical manufacturer Jelfa, based in Jelenia Góra, has established another representative office in the Commonwealth of Independent States, this time in the capitol of Ukraine – Kiev. Last year the Company’s branch in Moscow was set into operation. The Company has already signed contracts with three local pharmaceutical distributors. Thus, over 79 per cent of export sales are directed to the CIS markets, the most of which to Russia, i.e. 67 per cent. Jelfa was awarded the title of "Business Gazelle 2002" in the region of Lower Silesia.
